Role Overview:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Your expertise will ensure our clients have a seamless experience even after business hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and solutions.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to transfer critical issues effectively.
- Stay current with product updates and technical documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer support process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Must be available to work evening hours, Monday through Friday.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
