Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via phone and email during evening shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing support tickets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical documentation to provide accurate solutions.
- Uphold company policies and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor at all times.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant service packages when appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (if working remotely).
