Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all customers entering the store and offer personalized assistance.
- Transaction Management: Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked to ensure a high-quality shopping environment.
- Inventory Support: Assist with receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and organizing merchandise displays.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with morning and evening shifts to ensure seamless store operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, including weekends (shifts typically 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
