- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening peak hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Prepare and serve artisanal food and beverages with precision and care
- Manage cash operations and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow during rushes
- Process online and in-store orders with attention to detail
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or food service experience
- Availability to work exclusively evenings (4 PM - 11 PM), weekends required
- Valid California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic tech literacy
