Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during evening shifts to ensure high-quality service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of the floor layout and inventory management.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate daily reporting and reconciliation.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
