Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the evening team, ensuring all operational standards are met and exceeded.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment during off-peak hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct shift briefings and handovers to ensure continuity of operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with company policies.
- Train new hires on company procedures and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or retail, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
