Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in finding the perfect products.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems with 100% accuracy.
- Restock merchandise, fold clothing, and ensure the sales floor is pristine.
- Process returns, exchanges, and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with management to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for long periods.
