Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 10 PM, weekends)
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain visually appealing product displays
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Participate in weekly store reset and merchandising activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible evening/weekend schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to Austin location
