Responsibilities
- Manage the front-of-store operations during evening hours, including customer assistance and checkout.
- Monitor store inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment throughout the shift.
- Assist with visual merchandising initiatives to enhance the store's appearance.
- Process returns, exchanges, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
