Responsibilities

- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions and handle payments accurately.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer complaints and returns with patience and empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
- Cash handling and reconciliation at the end of every shift.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory for evening shifts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
