Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash and card payments.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean and appealing store layout.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and reporting discrepancies to the management team.
- Ensure the store is secure during closing procedures, including locking doors and setting alarms.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth transition of store operations.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville location.
