Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system
- Stock and organize merchandise to maintain visual standards
- Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness

- Participate in evening floor shifts and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid student ID or proof of enrollment (current students welcome)
- Reliable transportation to/from our Market Street location
