Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately, processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and inviting.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering general inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the store manager.
- Handle cash deposits and end-of-shift closing procedures efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the Dallas location.
