Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and markdown execution
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with day and overnight teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention standards
- Participate in evening inventory counts and store resets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to evening shifts
