Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting store appearance
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals through upselling and promotional awareness
- Assist with store closing procedures including securing merchandise and facilities
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM), weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with solution-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to Ocean Avenue location
