Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products or answering inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize and restock merchandise shelves throughout the store to maintain visual standards.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and safe for customers.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock room organization during downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and POS systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
