Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking and packing processes to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock rotation to maintain warehouse standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) and scanning equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading freight trucks during the evening shift.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Must be physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tampa facility.
- Basic computer literacy for operating handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
