Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor evening staff, ensuring high morale and adherence to company policies.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily workflows to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality control during the evening hours.
- Customer & Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for evening clients and resolve any issues that arise during the shift.
- Inventory Management: Conduct evening inventory checks and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Shift Reporting: Complete end-of-shift reports, noting any incidents, maintenance needs, or staffing concerns.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and meets all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, retail, or warehouse management is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent evening schedule, specifically 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally during the shift.
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners, computers, and mobile devices.
