Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer support via phone and email during evening hours (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status checks, and account management.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate digital records of all interactions.
- Troubleshoot basic technical software issues and guide users through solutions.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the senior support team.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure high operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be available for immediate employment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
