Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone and email during evening hours.
- Process incoming orders and handle returns with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the team lead.
- Perform data entry and update customer records in the internal system.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
