Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer records and maintain the internal database with up-to-date information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring customers feel heard and valued.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
