Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high first-contact resolution rates.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system to reflect the latest interaction details.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose solutions to improve overall service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Customer Service is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
