Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Process incoming orders and verify shipment details accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor security systems and facility access logs to maintain a safe environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Operate standard office equipment and inventory management software with precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating evening shifts (e.g., 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM).
- Reliable transportation is required for night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the US.
