Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth handover of daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
