Responsibilities

- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-volume calls during evening shifts.
