Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed during off-peak hours.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with data entry.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
