Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product information in a friendly and professional manner.

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor throughout the evening shift.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless store operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
