- Adhere to Schedule: Reliable attendance is crucial; punctuality for all evening and weekend shifts is mandatory.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle billing inquiries and process service requests.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum educational requirement; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
