Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entry.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor throughout the shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and patience.
- Assist with restocking inventory and executing visual merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with the evening team to achieve daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling.
