Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival and throughout their shopping journey.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure product availability and visual appeal standards are met.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both staff and shoppers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the morning and day-shift teams to ensure seamless store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
