Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets and promotional displays
- Assist in inventory management including stock receiving and markdowns
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and store presentation
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a passion for helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transactions
- Reliable transportation to Virginia Beach location
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
