Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store with a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering detailed inquiries about our services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the store.
- Restock shelves and organize displays to ensure optimal product visibility.
- Collaborate with the evening management team to meet daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
