Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked according to visual merchandising standards.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product recommendations.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and loss prevention efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a consistent work schedule.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
