Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently during evening and weekend hours.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
