Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during peak evening hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store appearance throughout the shift.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with high accuracy and accountability.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
