Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and order processing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Ensure the sales floor and service areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance targets and KPIs.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
- Stock inventory and rotate products to maintain freshness and availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Reliable transportation and valid ID for eligibility verification.
