Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming customer inquiries and orders efficiently during evening hours.
- Assist in inventory management, stocking, and organization to maintain optimal warehouse conditions.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Monitor security protocols and report any irregularities or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and workflow continuity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry proficiency.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or warehousing is a plus but not required.
