Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery to our clients.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and occasional weekends.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or retail setting is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States (I-9 compliance).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
