Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing payments and handling returns.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-presented at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in organizing stockroom operations during slower periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
