Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers entering the store.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operational Tasks: Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash and credit card payments responsibly.
- Merchandising: Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean, safe, and organized throughout your shift.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a positive work ethic.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
