Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients arriving during evening hours.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes for cargo and packages.
- Monitor facility security and inventory levels during the shift.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, when required.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in logistics, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
