Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance with product selections and purchases.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock merchandise and organize displays to maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle cash transactions and prepare daily deposits with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of store operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and inventory control guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
