Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and display areas to maintain high visual standards and product availability.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring all deposits are balanced at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and maintain store operations.
- Perform light cleaning duties to ensure the store remains organized and safe for all visitors.
- Assist with inventory management and seasonal setup as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business schedule.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
