Responsibilities
- Assist with the receiving, sorting, and processing of incoming inventory and packages efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely and accurately according to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on shipments to ensure accuracy before they are dispatched.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service within the warehouse setting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
