Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash or digital payments.
- Inventory: Assist in receiving shipments and performing regular inventory counts.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is secure and tidy during your shift.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure smooth operations during evening hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Integrity: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain honesty.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
