Responsibilities
- Provide a world-class customer service experience by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking new arrivals and performing regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes and stocking shelves.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
