Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product selection during peak evening hours.
- Operations Support: Assist in processing transactions, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of store appearance and organization, including nightly cleaning and safety checks.
- Problem Solving: Address customer needs efficiently and escalate complex issues to the Night Manager.
- Data Entry: Accurately log sales and inventory data into our management systems.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the overnight team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends (including holidays) as required by the business.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Basic Math: Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic arithmetic.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the facility.
- Technology: Comfortable using tablets and point-of-sale systems.
