Responsibilities
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures efficiently to ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to evening shoppers, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free sales floor throughout the shift.
- Process transactions accurately at the register using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with the evening team to meet daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville, NC facility.
- Basic computer literacy for time tracking and POS operations.
