Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately to ensure timely distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- Availability to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read labels and documents.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fresno facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
