Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process payments accurately and efficiently for daily settlement
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations and bar areas
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- TABC certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation for evening shifts
- Basic POS system proficiency
